Proofs are critical to the design and printing processes because they prevent errors and unhappiness with the overall design. Customers who pay for C3Designsbiz design services will receive proofs throughout the design process. Design changes must be reported via email. Customers that submit print-ready files and pay for printing will not receive a proof. If the files you provided are in issue, C3Designsbiz may choose to email you a proof to ensure that they are correct. It is the customer’s duty to upload the correct files for printing. If you require a proof, please request it in the order comments area. In this scenario, the consumer will be contacted by email and followed up by phone.
C3Designsbiz expects print-ready files to be supplied in JPG, PDF, EPS, or AI formats. These files should be high resolution (300 DPI), with an eighth (1/8) inch bleed, and in CMYK. Crop marks should be placed in each corner of submitted files, excluding JPGs, to identify cut regions. Additionally, all files must be flattened. If you are using Canvas or any other software for your graphics, please ensure that the files are high-resolution, as we stated earlier, 300 dpi.
Order turnaround times are approximated at www.c3designsbiz.com. Same Business Day orders must be processed by 11:00 a.m. Monday through Friday to be returned later that day. Next Business Day must be handled by 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays are not included in the production time. Orders placed on Friday with the “Next Day” option will be ready Monday. “Same Day” orders ordered on Friday after 11:00 a.m. will be ready Monday. Mechanical concerns, electrical failure, severe weather, and power outages are all potential reasons for manufacturing delays. C3Designsbiz makes every effort to match the estimated timelines, but manufacturing deadlines cannot be guaranteed.
C3Designsbiz will tell each customer via email once print production is complete, providing a specified pick-up timeframe. It is critical that each customer checks his or her email on a regular basis for status updates (including the SPAM inbox); the message will include the time and place of order pickup. C3Designsbiz does not leave orders outdoors or in the hall. Please arrange ahead of time to pick up before we close. C3Designsbiz is not responsible for orders that are not picked up within 10 days. Please pick up your order or arrange for shipping within 10 days of when it was completed.
C3Designsbiz takes cash, money orders, and all major credit cards. When placing an order on C3Designsbiz.com, you can use PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Payment must be received in full before being considered “in production.” For more information, please refer to the policy section under FAQs, “Order Cancelation & Refunds.”
C3Designsbiz cannot alter, change, resubmit, or cancel an order after it has been marked as “in-production”. C3Designsbiz has a strict no-refund policy for orders that are already in production. Orders are regarded “in-production” when they are placed or once a design has been authorized. Discounted reprints are available at the discretion of C3Designsbiz. If C3Designsbiz offers to reprint an order, the original order must be returned before the reprint is sent to production. There are no refunds for design or printed media services. ANY ISSUE(S) MUST BE REPORTED TO C3DESIGNBIZ WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
C3Designsbiz provides UPS shipping services. These services need to be requested. Let us know. C3Designsbiz accepts no responsibility for any damage, delay, or loss caused by UPS shipping service. Additionally, the customer is responsible for providing an exact shipping address. If a shipping address is insufficient or incorrect, C3Designsbiz is not liable for the delay in product delivery. If re-routing is required owing to an incorrect customer address, the client is responsible for any additional expenses that may apply. C3Designsbiz will try its best to ensure that products are received in a safe and timely way, but it cannot guarantee the actions conducted by the shipping provider.
C3Designsbiz provides same-day courier service for $45 and above, the pricing will vary depending on the distance in Atlanta, Georgia. So, if your order has a turnaround time of 4-6 days, it will be delivered within that timeframe. Same-day courier means that when the order is ready, it will be delivered the sameday. If your order is same-day and is put into production before the deadline, it will be delivered that day. Our driver will make every feasible effort to complete the delivery on time. However, if a client provides a wrong mailing address or phone number, and the driver is unable to deliver it the same day, the customer will NOT be eligible for a refund for delivery or printing costs
