Overview
Orders placed with C3DesignsBiz that are currently in production are strictly nonrefundable. This means that C3DesignsBiz cannot modify, alter, re-submit files, or cancel an order. When an order is placed or a design is accepted, it is deemed “in production.”
Refunds are not offered for services rendered for both design and printed media.
If we make a mistake with a design that we create for you, we will reprint your order for free. We request that the original order be returned before the reprint is placed into production. What is considered our fault?
- Misspelling by our designer
- Printed differently from the approved proof
- Incorrect size from the approved proof
We will review these errors with you, and your help will be greatly appreciated so we can correct our errors as quickly as possible to cause you the least amount of inconvenience.
Print-ready files that do not require our design services are strictly excluded and are nonrefundable. You will be required to place a new order and pay the appropriate fees for the new order.
If we design your custom image and are unable to reprint your order due to the nature of the order, such as banners and step and repeat, C3DesignsBiz reserves the right to determine a partial refund and the amount of such refund.
ANY ISSUE(S) MUST BE BROUGHT TO C3DESIGNSBIZ’S ATTENTION WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
